President Donald Trump warned on Sunday that "no dictator, no regime" should underestimate the US, as he kicked off a tour likely to be dominated by the threat posed by North Korea.

"No one, no dictator, no regime... should underestimate American resolve," Trump told cheering servicemen on his arrival in Japan
