An empty newsroom at TV5Monde

France's TV5Monde resumed full operations on Thursday after an "unprecedented" hack claimed by Islamic State cyberjihadists shut down its transmission and website, the television channel's management said.
"Everything is working," said editor-in-chief Pascal Guimier. The channel resumed its news programming at 6:00pm local time, with the presenter declaring: "TV5 is with you live this evening."
