Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi received University of Applied Sciences Board of Trustees’ Chairman Dr. Waheeb Al-Khalifa, who outlined planned academic programmes and development plans. 
The meeting was attended also by University of Applied Sciences Board of Trustees member Ghazi Nass and President Dr. Ghassan Awad, Higher Education Council (HEC) Secretary-General Dr. Abdulghani Al-Showeikh and Assistant Secretary-General for Accreditation Dr. Mona Al-Balushi. The delegation presented to the minister a miniature of the university.
