Actress Najla Badr

Egyptian actress Najla Badr revealed that she received an offer to participate in the TV drama show “Al Herbaya”, while she refused, saying that her decision to refuse the role is not related to any problems with the staff working with the series currently presented during the drama season of Ramadan. She added that she is extremely preoccupied in the filming of her other two roles during the current season.
She expressed her pleasure for her participation in two new drama works during the current drama season of Ramadan, saying that she received positive reactions from the fans over her roles in both works. She revealed that she ended filming her role in “30 Days” drama show, saying that the work discusses social issues witnessed in the Egyptian and Arab communities.
She added, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that she performs a role of a famous actress during her participation in “30 Days” drama show, as she is married to Asser Yassin. She added that this actress will go through a very difficult psychological phase that will make her fall into addiction, saying that her relation with her husband will witness increasing challenges, as she will turn into an aggressive personality harming all her surrounding people.
She defended her appearance during the series without makeup although she is a famous actress, saying that it is normal for any woman to sit at home without full makeup. She added, “When I read the scenario, I was impressed. The new work includes a large number of superstars, including Bassel Al Khaiat, Asser Yassin, and Nourhanne.” She added that her role in “30 Days” TV series will be a surprise, as she presents a very different role.
She also expressed her pleasure of the positive reactions to her new series “Ramadan Kareem”, praising the increasing efforts exerted by all members of the staff to meet the aspirations of fans in all over the Arab world.
She also praised “Ramadan Kareem” TV series, stressing her confidence in its director Sameh Abdel Aziz. She added that the scenario is written in a professional way, appreciating scenarist Ahmed Abdullah. She added that the series is the first drama work produced by Sobky Production Company.
