At least 70 Daesh militants were killed when Iraqi Air Force has launched a number of raids in Samarra city of Salaheddin governorate.
In a press release on Sunday, Iraqi Defense Ministry said the raids destroyed a number of hotbeds and 10 vehicles affiliated to Daesh.
Meanwhile, two peshmerga members were killed when a mine exploded in Kirkuk governorate, Kurdish sources said.
The sources added that peshmerga forces have confronted a Daesh attack that targeted in Nineveh governorate, killing a number of Daesh militants.
