Algeria's Foreign Ministry denied Saturday news fanned about its military interference in Libya two days ago.

"There are no air strikes launched against Libya by Algeria," Algerian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abdel Aziz bin Ali underlined.
"The mission of Algeria and its army is only to guard and defend national territories," he noted.
Bin Ali said that Algeria supported launching dialogue between the conflicting parties in Libya so as to find ways to end the crisis as soon as possible.
