The Arab League called on the international community to protect children in conflict zones in the Arab region.
The pan-Arab body said children of the Gaza Strip have been subjected to grave violations in the recent Israeli offensive on the coastal enclave, Inas Makawi, the diplomat at the body, said.
The diplomat called for establishing a special judicial system for protecting the rights of Arab children.
