Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika Monday named his first cabinet of his fourth term in office, retaining several key senior ministers and headed by Abdelmalek Sellal, the presidency announced. Bouteflika had a week ago appointed Sellal, who headed his re-election campaign, as his prime minister.
