Egypt and France are to sign on Monday a military cooperation agreement, said Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef.
The deal will be signed by Egyptian Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi and his French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian at the headquarters of the Egyptian presidency.
