Egypt\'s Interim President Adly Mansour has ordered the formation of a judicial committee to investigate violence that erupted outside Republican Guards House Monday, where at least 43 people were killed. In a statement, the president\'s office expressed sorrow at the loss of life in the attack, and urged protesters stay away from military buildings. The statement reiterated the citizens\' right to peaceful protest, and insisted on the importance of self control by all parties. The presidency also called on all parties to take their share of national responsibility in clearing the air and ?achieving national reconciliation.
