The Egyptian government on Thursday welcomed the "great achievement" made by the Yemeni people through the conclusion of the national dialogue conference and adoption of the "national dialogue document". The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the move reflected the determination of the Yemeni president, government and people to build a new modern and strong Yemen with constitutional institutions. It added that this comes within the framework of the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism signed in Riyadh in November 2011.
