Extremist Jewish settlers early Sunday attacked Palestinians- owned homes in Um al-Khair district, east of Yattah town south of the West Bank city of Hebron, a Palestinian source said.

The coordinator of the Popular Committee Against the Wall and Settlements in Hebron, Ratib Jabour, said in a statement that a group of Jewish settlers from the illegal settlement of “Karmaiil “, which is built on Palestinians- owned lands in Yattah, threw stones and Molotov cocktails at a number of houses in Um al-Khair area, belonging to al-Hathalin family.

The extremists’ attack caused damage to the houses and spread fear among the inhabitants, mainly children and women, the statement added.
