Israeli forces allowed Monday families of 44 Gazan detainees to visit their relatives in Nafha prison.

As many as 75 relatives of the Gazan detainees headed for Beit Hanoun crossing early Monday en route to Nafha prison, spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross Suhair Zaqqout said.

Around 6,500 Palestinians are held in Israeli prisons, 400 of them from the Gaza Strip.
