Israeli Navy boats opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats in Palestinian territorial waters, near Gaza city, causing excessive damage, the International Middle East Media Centre (IMEMC) reported. One of the fishermen said the navy fired several rounds of live ammunition at the fishermen and their boats, in the Sudaniyya area, northwest of Gaza. No injuries were reported. The Israeli navy frequently attacks Palestinian fishermen and their boats, depriving them the right to fish, within the six nautical miles currently allocated for them. The attacks led to dozens of casualties, and excessive property damage. Source: QNA
