Groups of Israeli settlers on Monday stormed thecompound of Al-Aqsa Mosque entering via Al-Magharebah Gate under the protectionof Israeli soldiers.Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces closed all the main gatesleading to the mosque and imposed severe restrictions to prevent Muslimworshippers from entering the mosque.Head of” Yahtadoun Gatering” Walid Seyam” told Petra that this is an escalationstep which is part of the Israeli “partition scheme over the Al-Aqsa , Muslims FirstQiblah Mosque.Israeli settlers have lately been violating the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, almost ona daily basis, and always under the protection of armed occupation forces, whichoften attack Palestinian worshipers who try to protect their holy site.
