Lebanese military judge Emad el-Zein has issued an arrest warrant for a defendant accused of smuggling weapons between Syria and Lebanon. The man, known as “SM,” is reported to be a Free Syrian Army (FSA) soldier, affiliated with the Bab-Amr Revolutionary Battalion. The man was allegedly identified as FSA after military investigators found pictures of rebel fighters on his mobile phone.
