Member of the Libyan Constituent Assembly Abu Qassem Bosha’ urged Libyan fighting sides to stem the bloodshed of the people and sit to the negotiation table for the return of stability and security in the country.
Speaking to MENA, Bosha’ said a public referendum on the new draft constitution will not be held before three months from now.
The assembly members are working hard to produce a new constitution that fulfills the aspirations of the Libyan people, he said.
The constitutional declaration has to be approved by at least 41 out of 60 members of the constitution-drafting body, he said.
