Palestinian Chief Negotiator Saeb Erekat on Friday asserted that his country will get the membership of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in March.
According to Arabia television, Erekat said that settlement and wars on the Gaza strip would top the files to be addressed by Palestine in the Court.
He also asserted that Palestine would sign all international charters and treaties in a time-frame that ranges from one to three months.
Any future negotiations with Israel should be based on a UN resolution to set their time limits, the PLO top official concluded.
