Israeli air strikes

Palestinian armed groups in Gaza Strip fired six rockets and mortar shells into southern Israel in response to an Israeli air attack Friday evening.
The Iron Dome missile defense system intercepted two rockets and the rest of rockets and mortar shells fell in open areas in the Eshkol Regional Council, an Israeli military spokesman told Israel Radio.
No Palestinian group so far claimed responsibility for the missile attack which coincides with Israeli artillery bombardment on the easthern parts of the Strip and mounting hostilities throughout the day.
Earlier this evening, Mohammad Al-Fasih, 23, and Osama Al-Hassumi, 29, members of Al-Nasser Salah Eddin Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) were killed in an Israeli air raid on civilian car in Al-Shati' refugee camp to the west of Gaza.
