Berlin - Arab Today
Egypt's minister plenipotentiary in Germany Mohamed Khalaf has said that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will sign a number of important agreements in the fields of energy on the first day of his anticipated visit to Berlin next month.
Other deals will be sealed during the Egyptian-German Business Forum, Khalaf said in statements to MENA on Saturday.
One such agreement should enable Egypt to become a partner state and guest of honor in the biggest international agricultural exhibition, Fruit Logistic, to be held in Berlin in February, Khalaf said.
He urged all Egyptian agricultural companies to take part in the exhibition.
The diplomat hailed relations between Cairo and Berlin. He touched upon an increase in the volume of trade exchange between both sides.
He expected cooperation between the two sides would be boosted.
