Beirut – George Chahine
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) has announced that from July 29, it will begin registering Palestinian refugees who have spent 14 days in Lebanon since fleeing from Syria.
In a statement, the body explained that those awaiting registration would be given medical, education and other services, along with facilities offered in cooperation with other groups; apart from financial aid which would only be granted after registration.
