Governor of Aden Abdel-Aziz bin Habtoor

The Yemeni army backed by members of the popular committees retook control of an anti-riot police camp in Aden after its commander rejected orders, Governor of Aden Abdel-Aziz bin Habtoor said Thursday.
The commander, General Abdel-Hafez al-Saqqaf, will face a military trial soon, Habtoor said.
Thirteen people were killed while 21 others injured in the operation, the governor told Al Arabiya news channel.
The governor described the airstrike against President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi's residence in Aden as "an aggression on legitimacy."
