At least 14 people were killed as a packed tour bus overturned on a highway in north-eastern Spain after crashing into another vehicle, rescue services said Sunday. 
The accident took place near the port city of Tarragona. Spanish news agency (Efe) reported that the bus was full of students who were returning from a festival in Valencia.
