Some 20 Israeli settlers were wounded when a bus explosion in Jerusalem, police said Monday. It was not immediately clear if the explosion was terror related. 

According to the Jerusalem post, an empty bus exploded on Hebron Road. 

Medical Emergency Services also said that at least six were in moderate condition. 

The wounded were evacuated to nearby Shaare Zedek Medical Center and Hadassah University Medical Center.

Police were investigating what caused the explosion. Police say they still aren't ruling out a terror attack and have asked the public to stay alert.
