The border guards captured 268 people while trying to illegally infiltrate from several areas including, Salloum and Auwinat.

In a statement Monday, Military Spokesman Mohamed Samir said the capture comes as part of border guards' efforts to fight criminal elements, smugglers and drug dealers who harm the Egyptian national security.
