Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of the Federal National Council has sent two condolence cables to Sergey Naryshkin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council- Russia, which crashed while attempting to land in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don on Saturday.

She expressed her deep condolences and sorrow to the friendly Russian people, their representatives in parliament as well as to the families of the victims.
