Algiers - Arab Today
Algerian Prime Minister Abdel Malek Sellal has stressed the need to exert further effort to fight international terrorism, which he called a threat to world peace and security.
Sellal made the remarks during a visit to the residence of the German ambassador in Algiers Tuesday to sign a book of condolence for victims of a terror attack that targeted a Christmas market in Berlin earlier this month.
He signed the book on behalf of Algerian President Abdel Aziz Bouteflika.
Sellal condemned the inhumane attack and called for exerting more efforts to counter international terrorism.
