Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. General Meshal Zaben on Monday received Chief of Staff of the Libyan Armed Forces Yousef Manqoush and his accompanying delegation. Zaben and Manqoush outlined bilateral ties and means to enhance cooperation between the armed forces in both countries. The Libyan delegation is participating in the Exhibition and Conference Special Operations Forces (SOFEX 2012), which started today in Amman.
