Bahrain\'s Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met here on Wednesday with the US Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, Michael Posner. According to Bahrain News Agency (BNA), the meeting addressed a number of issues of mutual concern and ways to strengthen relations between the two countries. The US official \"praised the Bahraini efforts in order to overcome the previous stage towards national reconciliation that involves all parties of the society.\" BNA reported.
