President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today received the newly appointed Malaysian Ambassador to Bahrain, Agus Salim Haji, in the framework of boosting cultural relations with world countries.

The BACA’s President stressed keenness to strengthen friendship relations with the people of Malaysia, praising the cultural cooperation with the Malaysian Embassy. She wished the Ambassador success in his mission in Bahrain.

The Ambassador commended the BACA’s efforts to introduce Bahrain’s civilization and history to the people of the world, welcoming reinforcing cultural cooperation between the two countries.
