United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon will visit the occupied Palestinian territories and Israel by the end of this month or early next month, diplomatic sources in New York said today.  Radio Sawa quoted Palestinian  Representative to the United Nations Riyad Mansour as saying the visit will be the second by Ban Ki-moon to Jerusalem and Ramallah within less than two years. He earlier visited them in 2010.  The Palestinian representative said during his visit the UN Secretary General will meet in Ramallah with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
