British Foreign Secretary William Hague today met his Brazilian counterpart, Antonio Patriota, who is visiting London currently. During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest, especially the developments in Syria and the Iranian nuclear program. The two ministers also discussed their countries' cooperation in order to work closely with Egypt and Libya to ensure that Arab Spring leads to societies that are more open, accountable and supported by strong economies.
