A car bomb detonated outside Iraq\'s foreign ministry on Tuesday amid a wave of violence sweeping the country that has left 30 people dead just days before Baghdad hosts an Arab League summit. The blast occurred at around 10:15 am (0715 GMT), according to officials in the interior and foreign ministries, and a medic. It was not immediately clear how many, if any, casualties were caused by the latest explosion.
