Davutoglu, Merkel Stress Need for Cooperation in War Against suicide

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and German Chancellor Angela Merkel stressed the need to continue cooperation in the war against terrorism.

    According to a statement issued by the Information Office of the Turkish Prime Ministry, Davutoglu and Merkel renewed during a telephone conversation Wednesday their condemnation of the terrorist attacks that targeted both Ankara and Brussels and left dozens dead and wounded.

    The two sides also discussed the joint cooperation between Ankara and Berlin in the fight against illegal migration within the framework of the deal reached by the European Union and Turkey during a joint summit on March 18.
