Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr has announced that egypt has formally recognised Libyan National Transitional Council (LNTC) as the legitimate representative of the Libyan people. Addressing a joint press conference with the LNTC representative in Egypt Abdul Moneim Al-Houni ,Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr said ,” it gives me pleasure in such a historic moment to declare that the Arab Republic Of Egypt recognizes the new regime and its legitimate leadership which is represented in the LNTC. Earlier yesterday , Tunisia recognized the LNTC as the legitimate representative of the Libyan people.
