Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, will head tomorrow Saturday to the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, to attend the 19th African Union Summit, Kuwait news agency (KUNA) reported. The two-day summit, kicking off Sunday, will tackle key issues of the African affairs.
