Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he will not meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu \"before Israel fulfills the terms I have set for the restoration of our bilateral relations,\" the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported Wednesday. Erdogan stipulated three conditions: an Israeli apology (for the flotilla raid), compensation and the lifting of \"the terrible Israeli blockade on Gaza.\" \"If and when Israel fulfills these terms, relations between our two countries can prosper once again,\" the Turkish prime minister said.
