he consular sector of Egypt's Foreign Ministry on Monday warned Egyptian fishermen of violating other countries' territorial waters.

In a statement, the ministry said that it recorded many detention cases of Egyptian fishermen over infiltrating Saudi Arabia's territorial waters illegally.

The statement urged Egyptians to abide by laws regulating fishing operations, particularly in light of the regional political and security situation.
