French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius arrived here Monday on a two-day official visit.  During the visit, Fabius will meet China\'s Foreign minister Yang Jiechi to review means of reinforcing bilateral relations and cooperation between the two sides in international, EU, and European currency issues.  The talk will also tackle key political issues like Syria, Iran, and North Korea, according to diplomatic sources.  On Tuesday, Fabius will meet with China\'s Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and Vice Prime Minister Li Keqiang.
