French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said so far, investigators do not single out one version of events in the EgyptAir passenger plane, with 66 people, including 15 French citizens on board, that went missing over the Mediterranean Sea at dawn Thursday.

"There is no information on the possible causes of the crash. At this stage you have to be vigilant. Yesterday (Thursday) I spoke twice with my Egyptian counterpart (Sameh Shoukri), he said that all leads should be explored, none of them are a priority," Ayrault said in an interview with the France 2 channel.

EgyptAir flight MS804 departed from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris at 23:09. It was heading for Cairo International Airport when it vanished off the radars in the early hours of Thursday.
