French President Francois Hollande and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

    They discussed France's propositions on holding an international conference for peace. They also discussed the latest developments in Palestine and a number of issues of joint interest.

    Abbas arrived in Paris earlier today on a three-day visit to France.
