G20 tourism ministers express solidarity with Egypt over plane crash

The G20 tourism ministers, currently meeting in Beijing, expressed condolences to the Egyptian delegation for victims of EgyptAir plane crash.

The delegations said the crash re-asserted growing challenges faced by all world countries at the current stage, said presidential representative to the G20 Ragy el Etribi on Friday.

He said that following the crash World Tourism Organization chief Taleb Rifai met with him to express support for Egypt.

They agreed to promote cooperation during the coming period to encourage tourism and travel to Egypt.

The EgyptAir plane crashed into the Mediterranean Sea early Thursday with 66 person on board.
