Berlin - Arab Today
German Development Minister Gerd Muller explained the importance of redistributing humanitarian aid to Africa to create more job's opportunities and decreases the flow of refugees to Europe.
Muller, a member of the Christian Social Union in Bavaria, which is an allay party of Chancellor Angela Merkel, urged to send prospective humanitarian aid to develop stable economic structures rather than directed it toward individual projects.
He also added that African governments that are ready to undertake reforms would receive more financial aid than those that were not, under the proposed " Marshall Plan with Africa."
