British Foreign Secretary William Hague starts on Monday an official visit to Russia. During the visit, the British top diplomat is scheduled to hold talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on a number of issues of mutual concern and the latest developments in the Middle East and North Africa in addition to Afghanistan and the Iranian nuclear issue, according to diplomat sources. Talks will also deal with cooperation between Russia and each of the European Union (UE) and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), said the sources.
