Tripoli requested a warrant to arrest Libya’s ex-director of military intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi. The National Transitional Council accuses him of fraud, embezzlement of public funds and abuse of power. On Friday Senussi was arrested in a Moroccan airport carrying a fake passport. Both France and the International Criminal Court have filed requests to extradite him.
