Iran strongly condemned the recent terrorist bombings in Iraq which killed and injured many civilians. Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehman-Parast said the bomb attacks in Baghdad and several other Iraqi cities have targeted independence, peace, stability, and peace in Iraq. "The Islamic Republic voices its all-out support for the government of Iraq [in its effort] to adopt suitable mechanisms for preventing such terrorist and inhuman acts," local media quoted the Iranian foreign ministry presser as saying.
