A Palestinian medical official said late Saturday that two people were hurt in an Israeli airstrike targeting a motorcycle east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip. An Israeli military spokeswoman said aircraft "thwarted a rocket launch in the southern Gaza Strip."
