Israeli army bulldozers Monday destroyed large crops of wheat for Palestinian farmers east of Beit Hanoon, northern Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian sources. The sources, speaking to KUNA, said the Israeli forces penetrated deep inside the eastern side of Beit Hanoon and destroyed the wheat in the area. The Israeli army bulldozers destroyed all wheat crops, 800 meters away from the security fence surrounding Gaza, they said. The Israeli army says Palestinian resistant fighters are using the crops to plant their explosive devices and carry out their attacks against the Israeli forces.
