Israeli municipal crews have demolished without any prior notificaiton in the late hours of last night four shops belonging to Palestinian citizens in Bab Al-Ammoud (one of the most famous gateways of ancient Al-Quds). The fours shops had earlier sustained total incineration almost a week ago incurring the shop owners thousands of shikels in losses whilst an Israeli police investigation into the whereabouts of the fire incident has failed to pinpoint the culprits. This act of demolition is part of wrongful Israeli-occupation attempts at changing and distorting the Palestinian identity of the district.
