Ramallah - MA'AN
Israeli forces stormed the offices of a grassroots campaign against the separation wall in Ramallah early Tuesday, the group said. Ten military jeeps raided the Stop the Wall campaign office and forces seized two laptops, three hard drives and ten memory cards containing files and photos, and archive material, the organization said. Group coordinator Jamal Juma said: \"This raid on the Stop the Wall offices is a clear message that the Israeli authorities are fearing widespread nonviolent action will challenge their policies effectively.\" An Israeli military spokeswoman said \"in order to prevent terror activity, Israeli forces operated overnight in Ramallah,\" without elaborating on the office raid. The Stop the Wall campaign office was raided by Israeli forces in February 2010, a month after Israel freed Juma and the group\'s youth coordinator from jail. They were detained in late 2009 and both held without charge. The group organizes grassroots support for non-violent resistance against Israel\'s separation wall and Israeli settlements.
